2007 Traffic Numbers

Thursday, August 28th, 2008

Last year at this time I was only just thinking about Programmer Day,  I had marked it in my calender because I forgot about it the year before.  Some quick searching revealed that it didn’t have a home, a situation that had to be remedied, and on September 10th, 2007 ProgrammerDay.info was registered promote this wonderful day!  A quick blog was all there was time for, but it turned out to be a huge success in my eyes.  Programmer’s from around the world dropped and said hello, and my appreciation for my fellow coder’s grew and grew.  This site is little more than a thank you note for everything that programmer’s do, it often goes unnoticed but please know it’s not unappreciated!

Here are the stats for 2007 if you are curious, I believe they would have been much higher if my hosting account could have handled the database connections.  This year ProgrammerDay.info will take you to a simple and static site that, hopefully, will do a better job of handling the traffic.
